WHO YOU ARE:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Reemployment Coordinator (Program Specialist IV) performs highly complex (senior-level) consultative services and technical assistance work. Works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO:

  • Serves as local RESEA resource to Board staff and service providers on service delivery, outreach, and training
  • Conduct TWC touchpoints and Board support with professional expertise, etiquette, and demeanor
  • Conduct research on program assessments and preliminary investigations
  • Develop executive summaries, observation reports, program procedures and desk-aides, and recommendations for service delivery improvements
  • Support and present at RESEA conference, webinars, and training sessions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

YOU QUALIFY WITH:

  • Two years of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency.
  • Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT WITH:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Knowledge of RESEA or other workforce program services, procedures, and policies.
  • Intermediate PowerPoint, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience writing site observation and operations reports.
  • Have great listening skills, and professional, pleasant, and respectful telephone etiquette.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).

Duty involves up to 30% travel within the state of Texas.
