Description
SUMMARY
Under general supervision, incumbents will be responsible for right-of-way, easement, and land acquisition related to Capital Improvement Projects (CIP).
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and three years of experience in right-of-way, real estate development and management, acquisition, eminent domain laws, and/or experience with CIP projects; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed in the job description. Additional education cannot be substituted for experience.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have at the time of hire and be able to maintain a valid Arizona driver license.
