Job Summary
Job Duties
Compliance and Data Confidentiality: Adhere to confidentiality requirements, safeguarding sensitive data with utmost discretion, while ensuring our background check and adverse action procedures are followed to comply with local and state regulations.
Platform Management: Engage daily with multiple HR platforms such as Workday, third party Background Administrator site, and Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, to efficiently complete and monitor tasks.
Talent Acquisition Operations Support: Contribute to multiple components of the Talent Acquisition operation to ensure consistency and efficiency, covering pre-employment assessments, relocation program, front desk responsibilities, budget oversight, service requests and inventory procurement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years Talent acquisition or related H.R. or business experience. Preferred
Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration and clear information exchange. (High proficiency)
Organizational skills: Solid organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail. (High proficiency)

The starting pay range for this position is:
$26.22 - $34.93
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
