JOB PURPOSE:
In this role, Talent Acquisition Partners are responsible for Talent Attraction, resourcing solutions, proactively sourcing, supplying and recruiting new employees and facilitating talent moves. They manage recruitment from requisition to offer accepted and manage the talent pipeline to guide and advise on resourcing options regarding the Build-Borrow-Buy (eg full-time regular resource, contingent worker etc.).
This role will support the IC Separation in the Americas, ensuring legal compliance, and rigorous adherence to timings and processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support recruitment forecasting as output from Workforce Planning and Succession Planning
- Provide advice on job descriptions
- Consult and guide HM on Sourcing strategy and selection process
- Conduct applicant screening
- Create and extend offer within reward principles
- Execution of Employer Brand strategy in large markets
- Manage Internship / apprentice recruitment
- Manage Contingent Workforce recruitment (or manage supplier)
- Manage external partnerships (agencies, diversity recruitment partners)
- Develop and execute the EDI talent acquisition strategy (in accordance with EDI strategy set by the Country HR Lead)
