Compensation:
$24 - $28 / hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual to join our team and provide efficient office support. This role involves a variety of tasks from managing correspondence to scheduling and maintaining calendars for training and events. The position reports to the Curriculum and Training Manager and supports the broader training and talent development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as backup for front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing sign-ins, and issuing badges.
  • Assist in organizing and supporting company events.
  • Print, prepare, and bind training and classroom materials.
  • Manage and update calendars for training, events, and classroom bookings.
  • Perform data entry and generate tracking reports.
  • Coordinate logistics such as catering and errands for events.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Review documents for grammar, formatting, and consistency.
  • Support special projects and other administrative needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
  • Flexible with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Event planning experience preferred.

Requirements:
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
This is a full-time, onsite role, Monday through Friday, with occasional early mornings or evenings. Duties require mobility throughout the office, computer use, and regular communication with staff, partners, and guests. Occasional local travel may be required.
