Responsibilities:

Translate strategic objectives into clear, compelling design concepts
Create designs for marketing collateral, packaging, catalog front covers and various catalog pages.
Create visual content for multimedia presentations, animations, videos, and social media platforms.
Develop web graphics, banners as needed.
Manage multiple design projects from start to finish under tight deadlines.
Work on the detailed aspects of design, such as typography, color palettes, and layout.
Ensure that designs are consistent with established brand guidelines and the ability to bring a creative edge to projects while working within the standards.
Partner and collaborate with copywriters to ensure brand voice is expressed in conjunction with imagery as needed.
Assist with art direction of products working closely with design team & photographers to produce compelling imagery for various channels.
Adhere to schedules and ensure all deadlines are met
Continually seek opportunities to improve workflow and reduce costs

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Mac proficient
InDesign expert, Photoshop a plus
Catalog print experience
Photo Art Direction a plus
Motion graphics or video editing experience a plus
Innovative mindset with an ability to create solutions to new and existing challenges.
Ability to prioritize and react favorably to an ever-changing environment in a professional and courteous manner.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Strong typography and layout skills in both print and digital mediums
Exceptional work ethic, with a motivation to exceed expectations, take initiative, and go the extra mile to get the job done right.
Strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills and technical skills across various mediums.
Knowledge of print production processes and digital asset delivery standards.
