Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical customer inquiries and provide product support
- Collaborate with internal teams to address microbial challenges and formulation needs
- Participate in product testing and documentation
- Develop foundational skills for future growth in technical sales and customer engagement
Requirements:
- BS/MS with 1+ year of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to support customer technical requests in a customer facing role.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
