The Principal Integration Specialist serves as a core contributor to strategic initiatives, driving consensus and ensuring exceptional execution of high-profile projects. Operating with significant autonomy under general direction from the Senior Director, this role leverages diverse expertise to transform complex collaboration ecosystems into clear roadmaps for successful delivery.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Strategic Facilitation: Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other FINRA functions to drive collective problem-solving and decision-making for successful project completion-
  • Workshop Leadership: Plan and facilitate workshops, working groups, and governance forums, including agenda development, material preparation, and documentation of key decisions- Strategic Communication: Produce compelling strategic materials and narratives that support project objectives while communicating effectively with both senior leaders and front-line staff- Operating Model Development: Support the creation of target operating models, defining requirements for key products, processes, and operational plans to achieve objectives and key results- Performance Measurement: Develop reporting and analytics frameworks to track initiative performance and support effective leadership decision-making- Collaborative Tools Mastery: Effectively utilize collaborative platforms like Miro to facilitate project development and stakeholder engagement

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced degree and/or relevant industry certification(s) in business or design related fields highly preferred.
  • Experience in workshop facilitation and development of visual artifacts required.
  • Ability to work flexibly and efficiently; high comfort level with working in a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity.
  • Ability to work well as both an individual contributor and in highly collaborative environments.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills with the ability to be a thought partner to project counterparts.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), particularly ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts through "storytelling", and presenting to senior leaders.
  • Experience with business process engineering preferred.
  • Experience with product lead framework preferred.
  • Experience with Agile/Iterative Development preferred.
  • Experience with Cascade, JIRA, PowerBI, and Audit tooling preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is normally performed in a hybrid office environment. Use of desktop PC or Mac is required.
  • Exciting, hands-on, challenging position and success-oriented work environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
