Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mineral exploration sites independently
- Oversee and monitor core drilling operations
- Handle field teams and ensure smooth on-site coordination
- Maintain effective client liaison and communication
- Manage inventory, tools, and field supplies
- Achieve monthly drilling targets (Minimum 200 metres per hole for large projects)
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of exploration processes
- Hands-on experience with drilling operations
- Ability to lead field teams in remote project locations
- Good documentation & reporting skills
- Problem-solving attitude with on-ground decision-making ability
Education Required:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Geology / Applied Geology / Earth Sciences
- Additional certifications in Mineral Exploration or Drilling Operations will be an advantage
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
