Hunter Needed. Build a Global Monopoly. $240k Base + 5% Uncapped Commission.
The Opportunity: We are solving a massive supply chain crisis for the world's biggest pharmaceutical companies. We produce a high-value biological API used in Oncology and Neuroscience. The market is starving for our product.
We need a Global CCO to secure strategic partnerships with Big Pharma and major CDMOs across the US, Europe, and Asia.
The Deal (Radical Transparency): We operate on a high-risk, high-reward model.
- Phase 1 (Immediate / Pre-Funding):
- The Hustle Bonus: We pay $25,000 - $50,000 USD CASH for every qualified Letter of Intent (LOI) you secure from a major player before we launch.
Phase 2 (Operational):
Fixed Base:$20,000 USD / Month** ($240,000 USD/Year).
The Golden Handcuffs:
1% Commission on revenue up to $5M.
- 2.5% Commission on revenue $5M - $10M.
5% Commission on revenue above $10M. Uncapped.:
Perks: Full Dubai Expat Package (Housing, Luxury Car Allowance, Fuel, Insurance).
Your Job:
- You are not managing a CRM. You are on a plane to Boston, Basel, and Tokyo.
- You will close long-term supply agreements ($10M+ value) with C-level executives at companies like Pfizer, Lonza, and Merck.
- You will build our global distribution network from scratch.
Requirements:
- Rolodex: You must have existing contacts in Procurement/R&D at Tier-1 Pharma companies.
- Experience: Proven track record in API Sales, CDMO Business Development, or High-Value Ingredients.
- Mindset: You are a Hunter. You want to earn $1M+ annually based on your own performance.
