Summary:
Job Responsibility:

• Conduct thorough analysis of project schedules to identify and assess delays.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary data and information for delay analysis.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide expert testimony and support in dispute resolution processes.
• Stay up to date on industry best practices and methodologies related to delay analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering civil, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in delay analysis on large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Certification in delay analysis (e.g. PSP, PMP) is a plus.

Skills:
Strong analytical skills to assess delays in projects accurately.

1. Extensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
2. Proficiency in using scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
3. Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and present findings effectively.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

7. Familiarity with construction contracts and legal aspects related to project delays.
8. Experience in conducting delay impact analyses and preparing delay reports.
9. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
