Location: Lot 02-02a(part of lot 02-02), Jesselton Twin Tower, Commercial Annexe, Jalan Bersatu 88300, Kota Kinabalu
We are looking for Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our friendly dental team.
Position 1: Dental Assistant
Job Scope / Responsibilities
- Assist dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare instruments, materials & treatment room
- Sterilize instruments and maintain clinic cleanliness
- Assist in patient care before & after treatment
- Take basic patient records and instructions
- Follow infection control & clinic SOP
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / equivalent
- No experience required (training provided)
- Willing to learn & hardworking
- Good hygiene and responsibility
- Able to work in a team
- Basic communication skills (Malay / English)
Position 2: Receptionist
Job Scope / Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to patients politely
- Handle registration, appointments & scheduling
- Answer phone calls & WhatsApp enquiries
- Manage patient records & payments
- Basic administrative and cashier duties
- Maintain front desk cleanliness & organization
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / equivalent
- Friendly, polite & presentable
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, simple system)
- Able to communicate well (Malay / English)
- Responsible & punctual
- Experience is an advantage (training provided)
