Regent Clinic is a new, specialized Men’s Health destination in PJ serving affluent male clientele. We are in our Founding Phase. We are not looking for a receptionist to just answer phones, we are looking for a Clinic Executiveto build this business alongside the Medical Director.

We are looking for a "Producer", someone who is hungry for sales, speaks fluent Chinese & English, and wants their income to be determined by their performance, not just their attendance. No nursing experience required, if you have a sales, aviation or hotel front desk background and a hunger to learn, this is your opportunity.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a specific profile. You must meet ALL the following criteria:

  • Gender/Age:Male preferred (20 - 32 years old)**. (Due to the nature of assisting with male-specific medical procedures and sensitive health consultations).
  • Experience:Demonstrate 3-5 years of relevant experience** in sales, high-end retail, hotels or aviation. You must know how to handle customers.
  • Language:Fluent in English & Mandarin/Cantonese.** You will be serving Chinese clients, fluency is non-negotiable.
  • Education: Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
  • Mindset:Sales Driven & High Execution Level.** You don't wait for instructions. You see a problem, and you solve it.
  • Tech Savvy: You can navigate Google Sheets, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales & Conversion: You are the gatekeeper. You convert inquiries (WhatsApp/Phone) into confirmed appointments. You ensure the calendar is full.
  • 5-Star Concierge: You manage the patient experience from the moment they walk in. You deliver "Concern and Courtesy" at a premium level.
  • Operations: Scheduling, inventory, payments, and clinic hygiene. If it needs doing, you do it.
  • Clinical Support: Assist the Doctor with basic patient registration and preparation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
