Position: Clinic Assistant

Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: 19 January 2026
Probation Period: 3 months

Responsibilities

  • Maintain overall clinic cleanliness and tidiness
  • Monitor and record daily cash in/out transactions
  • Report any faulty equipment or furniture to the manager or doctor
  • Assist doctors in medical procedures and patient care
  • Maintain and update patients’ medical records
  • Answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
  • Understand clinic procedures and services to explain to patients
  • Manage stock levels and report to the manager and doctor
  • (Bonus) Create content for the clinic’s social media platforms - incentives provided for successful content
  • Perform other duties as required for day-to-day operations

Working Hours (Shift Basis)

  • Morning: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Afternoon: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Evening: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • (Shift schedule may vary according to operational needs)

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM1,700 per month (during probation)
  • Allowances (after confirmation):

  • Food Allowance: RM150/month
  • Transport Allowance: RM200/month
  • EPF & SOCSO contributions (after confirmation)
  • Annual Leave: 15 days per year (pro-rated for 2025)
  • Medical Leave: 8 days per year

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; experience in clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
  • Pleasant personality, responsible, and good communication skills
  • Able to work on shift basis, weekends, and public holidays (rotational)
  • Willing to learn and adapt to clinic operations and procedures
  • Basic computer and record-keeping skills
