Description
The Kindergarten Teacher will create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development in children aged 4-6 years. The teacher will plan and implement age-appropriate lessons, encourage curiosity, and help students develop foundational skills for lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster social, emotional, and behavioral development through activities and guidance.
- Observe and assess student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about students’ development and school activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s educational programs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification (if required by local regulations).
- Experience teaching young children (preferred but not mandatory for new graduates).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young learners.
