Description
Education & Experience:
- bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline. A master dergree or oracle professional certifications (WebCenter, SOA Suite, BPM, OSB, WebLogic) are a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 8 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Oracle WebCenter Portal, WebCenter Content, and Oracle SOA solutions in large-scale enterprise or government environments
- Strong hands-on development experience with Oracle WebCenter technologies, including portal components, task flows, page customization, content integrations, and workflow development.
- Proven development expertise in Oracle SOA Suite, including BPEL, Mediator, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), adapters, and service orchestration for complex system integrations
- Solid experience with Java/J2EE, XML/XSD, XSLT, REST/SOAP web services, and related middleware development technologies.
- Strong understanding of Oracle WebLogic Server, including deployment, configuration, performance tuning, clustering, and high availability.
- Hands -on experience integrating middleware solutions with enterprise systems such as Oracle EBS, Hyperion, identity management platforms, and external systems.
- Strong problem -solving, debugging, and communication skills, with the ability to work across development, operations, and business teams.
Role and responsibility:
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle WebCenter Portal and WebCenter Content solutions, including portal pages, task flows, workflows, content repositories, and user interfaces
- Develop and customize portal components, integrations, and content services to meet business and user requirements, ensuring usability, performance, and scalability.
- Configure and develop WebCenter Content workflows, metadata models, security roles, and document lifecycle processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve portal and content-related issues, acting as the technical escalation point for complex problems
- Design, develop, and implement SOA -based services and integrations using Oracle SOA Suite components such as BPEL, Mediator, OSB, and adapters.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP services, message transformations, orchestration logic, and integration workflows between Oracle and non -Oracle systems.
- Perform deep technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for integration failures, performance issues, and message processing errors.
- Implement robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms to ensure reliable and auditable integrations.
- Plan, develop, test, and implement middleware enhancements, patches, upgrades, and configuration changes, ensuring alignment with change management and release processes.
