About the Role
As a Specialist in Menswear, you will play a key role on the shop floor by providing specialised customer service supported by strong product knowledge and an understanding of current collections and trends.
You will be a trusted point of reference for customers seeking informed advice, contributing to a premium and consistent Menswear experience.
Key Focus Areas
- Delivering confident, informed customer experiences in Menswear
- Sharing detailed product knowledge across fabrics, fits, textures, and seasonal collections
- Supporting styling conversations and customer decision-making
- Staying up to date with new deliveries, trends, and commercial priorities
- Contributing to the presentation, organisation, and flow of the Menswear department
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve store objectives
About You
- A genuine interest in Menswear and current fashion trends
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Strong product awareness or a willingness to develop expertise in fabrics and fit
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Fashion retail experience preferred, particularly within Menswear
- Availability to commit to full time employment, 38hrs per week including a mix of weekdays and weekends
