Job Title: Retail Supervisor (Mobile Phone Shop)
Job Description:
- Supervise daily operations of mobile phone retail shop
- Lead sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
- Monitor stock levels, receive and arrange inventory
- Prepare daily sales and cash reports
- Ensure shop cleanliness, display, and SOP compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years retail experience (phone/electronics preferred)
- Supervisory or senior sales experience is an advantage
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Able to work weekends & public holidays

Monthly income up to RM4,000 - RM5,000 for good performers
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
