Primary Tuition Teacher

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Conduct engaging tuition classes for SJK(C) Primary students (Standard 1 - 6). 为 SJK(C) 小学一至六年级学生进行有趣的补习课程。
• Provide additional revision sessions to strengthen students' understanding. 提供额外的复习课程以加强学生的理解。
• Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, positive, and encouraging environment. 管理课堂活动，确保一个安全、积极、充满激励的学习环境。
• Prepare and organise tuition materials to support effective learning. 准备和整理补习教材以支持有效学习。
• Communicate and build meaningful relationships with parents to support each child's progress. 与家长沟通并建立有意义的关系，以支持每个孩子的成长。
• Involved in social media marketing content creation.参与社交媒体营销内容的创作。
• Conduct afterschool activities & holiday camps. 组织课后活动与假期营队。

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in teaching Chinese, English, or Bahasa Malaysia for primary levels is highly preferred. Fresh graduates are warmly welcomed! 有教授小学华文、英文或马来文科目的经验者优先，欢迎应届毕业生申请！
• Minimum qualification: SPM certificate. 最低学历要求：拥有SPM（马来西亚教育文凭）证书。
• Able to work spontaneously and adapt to students' needs with care and confidence. 能够即兴应对工作，细心且有信心地适应学生的需求。
• Possess good soft skills such as communication, patience, and teamwork. 具备良好的软技能，如沟通能力、耐心和团队合作精神。
• Continuously learning and adapting in a fast-paced, challenging environment.在快速且充满挑战的环境中不断学习与适应。

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
