WE ARE HIRING: CLINIC ASSISTANT (URGENT INTAKE)

- In this full-time position, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality clinical assistance_

REQUIREMENTS:
Malaysian:
Able to work in shift systems and overtime (OT)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet patients warmly and maintaining good soft skills with patient
- Register, manage and record patient details, appointment and medication dispensation.
- Carry out or assist in managing equipment, medication stock, forms, medical record and patient payment records.
- Assist the Medical Officer in performing medical procedures.
- Ensure the clinic environment is in good condition and perform scheduled cleaning tasks.
- Attend and actively participate in training and education provided at the clinic and company levels.
- Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote the clinic.
- To assure compliance with SOP, regulations and medical protocols.
- Participate in sales and marketing in the company, eg: video recording, content creating and health promotion
- Participate in clinic meetings and training sessions
