Internship for IT (Business Development)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives, especially those involving digital platforms, SaaS products, and IT-integrated services. This internship offers valuable exposure to market research, lead generation, digital business tools, and client engagement in a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Assist in generating and qualifying leads via online platforms, directories, and digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM systems).
• Support proposal development, presentation decks, and pitch materials tailored to potential clients.
• Help analyze customer data and sales trends using business intelligence tools.
• Participate in meetings with prospective partners or clients, taking notes and following up on action items.
• Collaborate with the tech/product team to understand digital service offerings and align them with client needs.
• Assist in managing and optimizing the use of CRM and digital outreach tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, especially in tech, SaaS, and Halal digital compliance systems (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in business strategy, digital solutions, and B2B marketing.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Trello, etc.)
• Good analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Halal-related industries, e-commerce platforms, or SaaS products.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
