Online Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Online Sales Executive to manage Facebook, Shopee, Tiktok enquiries, close sales, and build strong client relationships through online and digital channels. This role is target-driven and reward-oriented, suitable for individuals who enjoy sales, communication, and continuous improvement.

• Key Responsibilities_
• Handle inbound and outbound online sales enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, website leads, and other digital platforms
• Convert enquiries into sales through effective consultation, follow-ups, and closing techniques
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Actively achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock commissions and incentives
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and sales conversion
• Explore and participate in modern customer engagement methods such as Facebook, TikTok Live, social selling, and digital campaigns:

• Handle customer issues professionally and propose effective solutions
• Support marketing or sales events when required
• Job Requirements_
• Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related fields

• Minimum 1 year of sales or administrative experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply:

• Strong passion for sales with a results-driven mindset

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Mandarin Speaking and Writing

• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel:

• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and persuasion skills

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Open-minded, adaptable, and willing to learn new sales channels and tools
• Well-presented, friendly, and cheerful personality

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
