Face-to-Face Fundraiser

First Purpose Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned fundraising agency with teams operating across Brisbane, Sydney, Gold Coast, Perth and Auckland. We are currently hiring entry-level fundraisers, trainers, and experienced team leaders to work on face-to-face fundraising campaigns throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Role overview
You will engage with members of the public to inspire ongoing monthly donations, enabling charitable organisations to continue important humanitarian and advocacy work.

Working hours

  • Standard shifts: 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Weekend work is optional

What we offer

  • Hourly pay from $26 to $40, plus commission incentives (dependent on experience)

Experience

  • No prior experience required for entry-level roles
  • References from previous fundraising agencies are required for experienced applicants
