We’re looking for a strong Restaurant Manager to join our Zam fam at Zambrero Murwillumbah.

The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead the restaurant day to day and set the standard for food quality, customer experience, team culture, and financial performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, training, rostering, and supporting your team
- Delivering fast, friendly service and high food standards
- Managing stock ordering, cash handling, and admin
- Controlling labour and food costs
- Maintaining cleaning, safety, and WHS standards
What we’re looking for:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Confident leadership and people skills
- A hands-on, lead-by-example attitude

Pay: $49,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 28 - 38 per week
Work Location: In person
