Summary:
Job Responsibility:

• Supervise a team of technicians to carry out chemical cleaning of plant pipes according to set schedules and methodologies.
• Develop and implement cleaning plans based on the specific requirements of each project.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to during the cleaning process.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule cleaning activities without disrupting plant operations.
• Monitor and inspect the cleaning equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
• Keep detailed records of cleaning activities, including chemical usage, process parameters, and results.
• Train new technicians on proper cleaning techniques and safety measures.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in chemical cleaning operations, preferably in an industrial plant setting.
• Strong knowledge of different chemicals used in cleaning processes and their respective safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in chemical handling and safety procedures is a plus.
