Description
- With Experience in Customer Service especially in Hotel industry
- Accurately make and confirm reservations with walk-in, over the phone and online booking guests
- Provide exceptional friendly, courteous, and patient customer service
- Answering calls with accurate rates, activities, promotions & etc
- Assist with completing daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a well-organized rooms available and restock items as needed
- Able to work on public holidays, weekends, and shifts
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
