Job Summary
We are expanding and looking for a reliable, experienced Skilled Labourer to support our refurbishment, fit-out and facilities management projects across Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.
Duties
- Assisting with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Loading and unloading materials and supplies safely and efficiently
- Operating basic hand tools and machinery under supervision
- Supporting skilled tradespeople with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling components
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure safety standards are met
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during project execution
- Performing general labouring duties as required to support project timelines
Experience
- Ability to operate basic tools and machinery is advantageous
- Strong physical fitness with the capacity to perform manual tasks for extended periods
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures relevant to construction or industrial environments is beneficial
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
