Community Care Assistant (Driver) - Full Time (37.5 hours)

About the Role
As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care within the community. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same, and where your work has a real and lasting impact.
You’ll be supported by an experienced and approachable management team and work alongside a great group of passionate, like-minded people who genuinely care about what they do.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
- Provide personal care while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Support with daily living tasks including meals, hydration, mobility, and personal hygiene
- Encourage confidence, social interaction, and independence
- Accompany or drive clients to appointments and outings where required
- Maintain accurate care records using our digital care app
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and dependable nature
- Good spoken and written English
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Previous experience in home care or a care environment is desirable but not essential
- Basic IT skills for digital record-keeping
- The ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
