Qualified or Apprentice Landscaper / Crew Member
Location: West Gippsland

We are a growing landscaping company seeking a Qualified or Apprentice Landscaper to join our team. We deliver high-quality residential and commercial landscape construction projects and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow in the industry.
About the Role
You will be involved in a variety of landscape construction works, including:
- Paving (concrete, natural stone, and pavers)
- Retaining walls (timber, concrete sleeper, block)
- Machine operation (excavators, skid steer/bobcat, compactors, etc.)
- Use of hand tools
- Site preparation and general landscaping duties
- Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and safely
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Landscaper or Apprentice Landscaper (all stages considered)
- Experience in paving and retaining walls (or willingness to learn)
- Experience operating landscaping machinery (or willingness to learn)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors and handle physical work
- White Card (required)
- Truck licence (MR/HR) is highly regarded
- Ability to fit in with existing crew

Pay: $49,900.00 - $108,266.80 per year
