Position: Support Worker

About Us:
The CareSide is experiencing exciting growth and is currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker/Carer for our operations in Stoneville, WA.
The Role:
As a Support Worker/Carer in Stoneville, WA, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.
This role is on a casual basis with roughly 20 hours of companion care assistance per week with our client in Stoneville. This client requires a support worker who is reliable and consistent and has substantial experience with dementia patients.
Our carers have the opportunity to pick up shifts with other clients when available, to build their hours if they wish.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Must have experience with dementia patients
