We are currently seeking an experienced Reception & Bookings Team Member to join our front-of-house team at our busy pet boarding facility in Malaga.

We’re Looking For Some Who Has
- A genuine love for animals and a team-first attitude
- Personable and relatable approach to customer service
- Confidence in learning new software systems (full training provided)
- Proven experience in administrative, bookings, or customer service roles
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and general computer systems
- Excellent time management skills and a sharp attention to detail
- A calm and courteous manner—especially under pressure
- A friendly, organised, reliable, and professional team player
About the Role
- As part of our Reception and Bookings team, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm, professional service to clients while upholding our high standards of care and communication
- Managing customer records and reservations using a custom-built software system
- Attending to pet admission and departures at reception, and liaising with kennel staff to coordinate pet placement
- Maintaining accurate vaccination, pet health records and customer details
- Availability for weekday shifts and Saturday mornings is essential
