Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Counsel students/clients about educational services
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or telecalling
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work with targets

Preferred Qualification:

Any graduate or diploma:
Background in education / training / study abroad field is an added advantage
