Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Kochi
Brands: HOVET (Veterinary) & AgriHomeo (Agriculture)
Channels: Pharmacy, Veterinary, Agriculture
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market mapping and identify growth opportunities for HOVET & AgriHomeo brands
Appoint and develop distribution partners across:
Pharmacy channel (Homoeopathic & Modern medicine stores)
- Agri nurseries and fertiliser shops
- Veterinary institutions and clinics
- Drive product placement and brand presence at distributor and retailer levels
- Generate B2B business from commercial veterinary and agricultural institutions
- Negotiate commercial terms, close orders, and achieve sales targets
- Handle payment collections and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with Customer Care and Consulting teams for technical and prescription support
- Maintain distributor relationships and support channel expansion
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Business / Commerce / Management
- Strong inclination towards business development and channel sales
- Experience in distributor appointment or field sales preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
