Human Resource - Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mandarin & English Speaker )

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Conduct interviews in Mandarin & English (virtual & face-to-face)
• Coordinate interview arrangements and follow up on feedback
• Handle offer management and onboarding coordination
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives

• Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies

  Job Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 2-5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (Specialist level)
• Fluent in Verbal Mandarin & English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and tight hiring timelines
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
