Architect and Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs for residential and group housing projects based on client needs and project requirements.
• Create detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and space planning to optimize design solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.
• Prepare construction documents, specifications, and material selections, MEP drawings, furniture drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Assist in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing construction progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies in architecture.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Create detailed floor plans, layouts, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, color schemes, and décor elements to enhance interior spaces.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.
• Oversee project progress, conduct site visits, and resolve any design-related issues that arise.
• Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new materials.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in architecture and interior design, preferably in [residential/commercial] projects.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability principles.
• Strong knowledge of materials, têxtiles, lighting, and furniture design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Certification from a recognized interior design association.
• Experience in sustainable design and smart space planning.
