Job Overview:
We are hiring a Telecaller / Education Sales Counselorto handle student and parent inquiries for our stock market education programs.The role involves explaining courses, counseling prospects, and converting leads into enrollments through structured follow-ups and trust-based communication. This position focuses on professional counseling, not aggressive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up on leads generated from website, walk-ins, social media, and WhatsApp
- Counsel students and parents regarding stock market courses
- Explain course structure, fees, batch schedules, and outcomes clearly
- Handle queries confidently inEnglish and Hindi
- Maintain daily calling records and follow-ups in Google Sheets
Requirements:
- 6 months - 1 year experience in telecalling / education counseling /sales
- Good spokenEnglish and Hindi (both mandatory)
- Clear pronunciation and confident phone communication
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets / Excel
- Result-oriented with a professional counseling approach
- Comfortable handling both students and parents
- Able to switch naturally between English & Hindi
- Interested in long-term career growth in the education industry
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
