Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, walk-in customers, and online leads
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Follow up with prospects via calls and WhatsApp
- Update and maintain customer data in CRM
- Provide accurate project information to customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Customer-focused and result-oriented attitude
- Real estate pre-sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
