About the Role
As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key part in ensuring every child receives exceptional care, is safe, and enjoys stimulating, well-planned learning experiences aligned with the EYFS. Alongside your childcare responsibilities, you will support the day-to-day running of the room championing our nursery values, upholding our high standards, and helping create a warm, inclusive environment where children and staff thrive.
We are committed to your success, offering ongoing guidance, training and development so you feel confident and supported in your leadership journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Level III in Childcare (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- A caring, fun, friendly and approachable nature
- A proactive attitude with the confidence to use your initiative
- Ambition and a desire to grow within an inspiring early years setting
