We currently have a Full Time Kitchen Assistant position available in our East Kilbride Site and want to find an energetic, positive and dedicated individual to lead the Crew!
Our kitchen offers a basic menu but done to the standard that all kitchens require. We offer an environment that teaches people how to use their skills in a high paced service environment and use basic knife skills, basic sauce skills and pizza rolling skills within our prep times, as the overseer of the kitchen you should possess all these skills to a high standard. We uphold all kitchen procedures and follow strict a food hygiene policy. You will learn and be able to teaching all staff how to identify holding levels, stock rotation, ordering process, HACCP, COSHH and time management within the kitchen environment.
Our purpose built facilities boast full kitchens, simple but good quality menus, along with ongoing training and support to ensure our Chefs are well equipped and successful within their role. Furthermore, we close by 7pm, so no late nights into the weekend which is excellent for work life balance.

Salary will range from £11 per hour, but will be dependant on experience and age. Immediate starts available.
