Part Time Studio Manager (Creative / Kids / Marketing, Sales & Lead Generation)

Crafty Whizz Studio is a vibrant creative studio specialising in kids’ craft workshops, birthday parties, and holiday camps. We are looking for a highly organised, creative, and proactive Part-Time Studio Manager who enjoys generating new ideas, organising a creative space, and running engaging programs for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day studio operations and keep the studio organised, efficient, and welcoming
• Lead generation and sales support, including managing enquiries and converting leads into bookings
• Prepare and send brochures, quotations, and sales materials
• Manage and optimise Facebook Ads and Google Ads to drive leads
• Create social media content, including Instagram & Facebook reels, videos, photos, and stories
• Maintain an active and engaging Instagram presence
• Develop and propose new craft ideas, workshops, and creative activities
• Assist with kids’ parties and event decorations
• Ensure studio cleanliness, organisation, and inventory management
• Assign schedules and duties to instructors
• Conduct and assist as an instructor for kids’ parties, workshops, and holiday camps
• Support any other reasonable duties as assigned by the owner

Requirements:

• Highly organised and enjoys organising systems, spaces, and materials
• Creative with the ability to come up with new craft ideas and activities
• Experience in lead generation, enquiry handling, or customer conversion
• Enjoys working with children and adults
• Comfortable with social media content creation and basic digital marketing
• Familiar with Canva and basic video editing tools
• Independent, proactive, and responsible
• Friendly, fun, and confident communicator
• Flexible with working hours
• Must be able to work on weekends
• Owns a driving license Class 3A is a plus

• 25 hours per week
• Must work on weekends
• 2 days off per week
• 2 weekend days off per month
