Description
Seeking to hire a FULL-TIME call center representative for an Ophthalmology practice. The position will include but is not limited to, answering phones, scheduling patients, medical records, collecting co-payments, verifying insurance, and data entry. Hours are M-F 8:00-5:00.
BILINGUAL REQUIRED.
MUST have great phone skills.
MUST have experience answering multi-phone lines.
MUST be able to multi-task.
MUST be willing to travel.
Excellent customer service and patient advocacy skills required.
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
