Powersports Service Technician
Level Up UTV- Goodyear, AZ
We work on a wide range of powersports vehicles, and we’re looking for a technician who enjoys turning wrenches, solving mechanical issues, and delivering reliable work customers can count on.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Service, inspect, and repair powersports vehicles, mostly UTV's but also some bikes and watercraft’s.
- Track down mechanical and performance issues through hands-on mechanical & electrical diagnostics and manufacturer service guides.
- Build and deliver clear, fair, and accurate repair quotes for customers
- Install aftermarket parts, accessories, and vehicle upgrades with precision and care
- Road test or test ride units when needed to confirm proper operation after service
- Log all completed work, services, and sales into shop records and work orders
- Help maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient shop space
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years prior technician or mechanical repair experience.
- Comfortable working on UTV's and other powersports platforms
- Good at figuring out problems and repairing them correctly the first time
- Methodical, observant, and quality-driven in your work
- Able to explain repairs and recommendations clearly to customers
- Self-motivated, but also works well alongside a team
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Own your own set of tools
