Description
This position's rate is negotiable and highly based on experience. All employees make a minimum of $15/hr.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Comprehensive plant knowledge; particularly those native and well-adapted to Central Texas
- Knowledge of organic methods and techniques
- Knowledge of common plant pests/diseases and treatment
- Practical knowledge of veggie gardening
- Basic knowledge of soil science
- Great customer service and salesmanship
- Positive attitude; team player mentality
- Be welcome and engaging in person or over the phone
We are a garden center and teaching facility dedicated to promoting organic time-tested gardening practices.
