Carehaven Services is seeking compassionate and skilled community nurse to offer clinical support to one of our DVA clients in Bright View QLD 4311. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Roles Available:
Community Nurse (Clinical Care)
- Hydration Optimisation
- Pain Management
- Diabetes Management
- Provide post-hospital/discharge care
- Conduct wound assessments and provide appropriate care
- Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and family members as required
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Provide health education and support for clients and their families
- Respond to urgent care needs within scope of practice
Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Compassionate, patient-centred approach
- Current driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client homes
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $53.00 - $120.00 per hour
