Description
As a Construction Project Manager at Cavo Tagoo Group, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects for our hotel group expansions. Work is primarily in Athens but requires frequent trips for on site visits. _
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage procurement of materials and services.
Requirements:
_ Qualifications & Skills:_
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficient knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and relevant software.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to construction.
