Customer Care Payments Advisor with Dutch Language in Athens

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.

The project:
As a B2B Customer Care Payments Advisor, you will support business clients by ensuring a premium service experience in the payments and acquiring sector. You will work with financial transactions, payment terminals, invoicing, data updates, and multiple business platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle complex financial inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Support acquiring processes, including handling commissions, payments, transaction reviews, financial updates, AML-related information, and business account changes.
  • Assist with POS terminal setup and management, user access across multiple business platforms, basic software guidance, and shipment tracking.

Requirements:

  • Dutch language at minimum C2 level:

  • English language at minimum C1 level:

  • Availability to work on site in Athens

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand financial processes
  • Strong PC handling skills and comfort with multiple systems
  • Fast learner with confidence in working with numbers and data
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work toward targets

What We Offer:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday : 9:00-18:30 (rotating schifts)
