Description
Drives sales performance by engaging with customers, promoting products, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the full sales cycle
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s retail stores’ system
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers and suppliers, consistently delivering a high standard of service
- Supports the company’s retails stores’ marketing communication strategy through social media, newsletters, SMS, and online platforms
- Assists the Greek Wholesale Department with daily operational tasks and contributes to the overall efficiency of its activities
- Oversees inventory, stock control, and follows cash and credit procedures
- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
- Ensures the smooth operation of Greek Wholesale and Retail activities
Skills and Experience:
- Strong customer-focused attitude
- Native-level Greek and fluency in English (additional languages are considered an asset)
- Proven understanding of sales performance metrics, profitability, and margins
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, target
- driven sales environment
- Energetic, proactive, and collaborative individual who works well within a dynamic team environment
