What you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;- Strong team coordination and communication skills;- Fluency in English and Greek (Italian is a plus!);- A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure;- A people-first mindset with an eye for guest experience and team wellbeing;- Comfort with digital tools, booking systems, and hospitality tech;- Previous hostel experience is a big plus.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Square Lover by working closely with the Reception/Bar team and overseeing the Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.- Being a daily point of reference for the team — ensuring tasks are clear, spirits are high, and operations run smoothly;- Monitoring service standards, resolving guest issues, and keeping the YellowSquare vibe alive;- Coordinating shifts, schedules, and workflows;- Assisting with admin tasks, reporting, inventory, and ensuring compliance with local Greek regulations.
