YOUR ROLE AT SIXT:
- You assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including alternative options when required
- You ensure a consistently high standard of service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- You listen actively to accurately identify and understand client needs
- You provide prompt, commercially minded responses to customer inquiries
- You read, understand, and process invoices, supporting basic accounting tasks

- Communication You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear, professional, and effective interactions with clients and internal stakeholders

- Language You are fully proficient in English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage, particularly to support the French market and improve productivity
