Location:Lisbon, Portugal
Role:Dutch speaking User Support Advisor
Salary:Salary 16,100 EUR (this includes basic salary and fixed language bonus) gross p/m plus meal allowance of around 150 EUR net p/m plus 60 EUR gross p/m transport allowance plus performance bonus (paid annually)
Working hrs:40 hrs p/week rotational between Mon-Sat 8am-8pm
Relocation package:€2,500 relocation support (paid along 30 days after completion of training) case relocating from outside Portugal
- Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English
- Previous customer service experience desired
- Eagerness to learn and attention to details
- Flexible attitude and can easily adapt in a changing environment
- Ability to multi-task
